when I switch it on is a blue screen with a hour glass. My Pc can detect it as USB ADFU device but I can't see it on the Window explorer

1.try replace quartz crystal(24MHz)
2.try re-solder the LCD's pins.
3.try re-solder the flash memory's pins.

*make sure no power connection
