mp4 turn but have 'disk error'
 

Hello my mp4 turn but when I try to play I put 'disk error' my firmware was LSC_xxxx_xx (9.1.52), and now you got a firmware tjd_xxxx_xx (9.1.52). The radio works but is heard wrong (before listening well). And try format and does not work.

turn on main power switch.connect PC.format the player with FAT system.upload data as u like.disconnect PC.soft power off player.turn off main power switch and turn on again.use as usual.(if still not working, confirm is firmware problem)
Radio problem maybe come from earphone or earphone jack.b'cos earphone jack have a connection to FM chip as atenna.
