how long to upgrade the firmware process usualy?
 
how long to upgrade the firmware process usualy?

cause when i upgrade tre progres stop in 5 bar?

dunksall , flashing usually takes a few seconds. If it stops, then likely it has hung. Either exit the software and re-flash again, or else uninstall the MP3 Utilities and install another version. Some versions are known to hang with some players for unknown reasons.

upgrade half-way hang means upgrade tool version not correct or flash memory poor soldering.
