Starts only in white screen after I tried to update it

Hi i have mp4/mp3 ip-pod nano style like in this picture...

and my firmware is dead.. start only in white screen after i have try to update....i don`t found firmware compatible....can someone tell what firmware to use ?

my cipset serials is :

Big Chip : SAMSUNG 712 K9LAG08U0M - PCB0
Small Chip : AK102
