wont detect it...i cannot charge it and cant turn it on

okay..i did something to my mp4 player but i dont know what happened..

i uploaded some songs, listened to it...fell asleep..now the computer wont detect it...i cannot charge it and nothing..i cant turn it on nothing....i tried connecting it to different computers but it just doesnt work..
and....i know it said anyka when i plugged it in before it died....now can you guys tell me what should a lil girl do to get this thingy working again..

You should try a different cable first.

These players are weird in general. :P Last night i fell asleep listening to my new player, and when i woke up i found the music stopped (not paused).

There's no way i could've possibly pressed the stop button, which is the same button as the power one, coz it's at the top of the player and it's level with the case.
