Dead player with white screen

Hi guys
Hope someone out there can help me, I have a player with the following chips, Samsung 722 & AK1025. All was well until I got the constant hourglass, I tried to revive it with a fireware update but now all I have is a white blank screen, I have followed the dead player guide but at the end it tells me there is no information about my hardware, I am at a loss as to what to do can anyone help me please.
Also the original firmware was - 9.0.50; 2007_06_20; TJC_9112_20: 2005_01_09; 9.0.50.
Please help

one of these will fix your player.

first you should try the dead recovery guide.

Thanks for that but the firmware is not the problem at this stage, I am unable to get my PC to allocate drive letter to player or to see it, I have tried to upodate the ADFU drivers but each time windows tells me no information for my hardware.
Can you help me more please.
