1GB shuffle (ipod fake) not recognised by my PC

Have recently purchased two MP3 player 1gb Ipod shuffle fake from japan.

one of them, works ok but the other is not recognised by my PC!

i cannot install the software that came with them as both are faulty

any ideas?

Hi Curtis,

Are they both identical players?
Try using a different USB cable to see if that helps.
Did you do anything to the faulty player?
Has it always been like that or the problem only just happened?
