White blank screen. Looking for firmware 9.0.50 2007_01_29
 
Hi guys
Hope someone out there can help me, I have a player with the following chips, Samsung 719 . All was well until I got the constant hourglass, I tried to revive it with a firmware update but now all I have is a white blank screen, I have followed the dead player guide but at the end it tells me there is no information about my hardware, I am at a loss as to what to do can anyone help me please.

Also the original firmware was - 9.0.50===> 2007_01_29;

DZX2.0-S3====> 2007/01/29

winrar111 , try the following steps first.

Go to Control Panel, and double-click System.

In it, select the Hardware tab, then click on Device Manager.

Now you should see a list of hardware items connected to your computer. Look for the player, it should be highlighted with a yellow exclamation/question mark.
Right click on it and select Properties.

A new box should open. Now select the Details tab and in the drop down box, chose Device Instance Id.

What does the box below it display after you selected it?

winrar111 , all the v9.xx firmwares are located here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...ware-dc37.html

The only solution for you is to try each and every firmware for your screen size until you get a working one.

here a firmawres with this version 9.0.49 Ca goes with me and my mp4 has reconu on my PC but there remains a problem he N ya no afichage in ecrant he remains toujour has black without any posibilite to see please the menu génerale assistance me

Try posting in English. I got what you are saying though (i learn French at school :D), but that unfortunately means that the firmware you got is incompatible with your LCD screen.

There aren't any tricks to get a working display on an incompatible firmware, you have to try another one.

winrar111 , the problem is that there is no possible way to positively identify which firmware would work fully with your player. You will need to try all of the v9.xx firmwares until you get a working one.
