few hours ago i tried to upgrade my mp4 player idescribition

1 gb without FM
series : m4- or m5- sj

i read the guide when the player is dead what to do i have done it but i tried to ugprade it and there was nothing i mean aww this pic

can someone control my pc with a program and make it ?

shadowmasterz , you'll need to click on "Select new firmware file" first to chose the firmware, then you would be able to click on the "Begin upgrading" button.

shadowmasterz , what file format are the firmware files that you loaded? They should be either .fw or .bin extensions.

how do u mean? they are .fw or .bin both i have got

o you meant that they shouldnt be this format aww where can i find others?

Open your player and check for the processor serial number (eg ATJ2085, ATJ2097, Rockchip, etc).

shadowmasterz , for the AK1025, you should be using the v9.xx firmwares. However, it seems that there are not many v9.xx firmwares based on the AK chipset. However, do try all of them here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...ware-dc37.html

ehmm windows has shown it as a removable drive but it dont turns on >_> i mean black screen nothing there >:>

It means the firmware you got is incompatible with your LCD screen or/and player subsystem. You need another one, keep trying.
