Need some help with mp4 player
 

I got my mp4 player in the mail last friday, It worked fine until Sunday, I had been using it and then i plugged it in after to put some more stuff on it and it got stuck on the load screen with the hour glass, i have tried downloading the Mp3 utilities, but my computer is not recognizing it as a usb, i have also downloaded the ADFUUD.SYS driver and installed it, it said it installed correctly, but still wouldn't regognize it as a usb

Is there anything anyone can suggest to me? I can take other pictures of the inside if needed
