My Dead Player

Hello. I have the MP4 player. They not working but in windows it report like normal usb device. When i can turn on it show only white screen. I cańt restore the fiwmware because i can't switch it to mod "changing firmware" Please help me. I have something like - PR724T02D or firmware n. 00.15.0000 but i can't find it. Please help me.
