Endless software loading screen

On my anyka mp4 when I get to the blue software loading screen it goes 3/4 the way then stops, after that I have to hit the reset button to turn it off.

Could someone please help me locate the correct firmware. I want this to work so badly.

MY chipset says AK3221 on it

please can someone help me locate the correct firmware for this?

I didn't celebrate christmas and I had to save my money for many months to buy this. I will post pictures or whatever is needed to fix it.
