Looking for ALi M5661 based firmware

I have a 1GB MP4 Watch and I upgrade with the wrong firmware.
The result is: It display white screen forever (until the battery is drop)
My player is produced by Always Industrial,Co.Ltd (China).
Product Model S818-1
I bought the sample at Wholesale China Vasion for $42.47

If you have the firmware files, share it to me please...
The firmware ver: 01.03.00 (if I not wrong)
NandFlash Type: SAMSUNG K9G8G08(MLC)
Chip: ALI M5661DRE
Display: 1.8"

ALi (Acer) started making MPx players??? They've been making bad enough motherboard chipsets for a long time...

They have been developing the M566x series for more than 4 years now.
What's really unfortunate is that their "video" format is also called "MTV" although it has nothing in common with the "older" format by Actions.
I'd like to know whether you have been successful - and if you have found documentation of the ALIAVI MTV format, please tell me
