Dear friend,

Sorry to hear that .

But we never happen this thing .Maybe that is the risk program.

Please first use the virus killer to kill all your virus.

I want to know how long does the sand clock last???
30 seconds? 1 minute? Or always there??
It's normal if the sand clock last within 3 minutes cause it needs time to download the programm.
Kindly have a try and keep me inform the outcome,please..
Sorry for all of this!

Messages look scarily familiar. Suggest you just try to get a full refund & don't send back. Use Ebay messaging if you can so there is at least a record of what you say, Be prepared for a load of timewasting emails. I had to open a paypal dispute which finally made my supplier pay up I think.

JUst be polite & say he has supplied faulty goods, you should not have to pay to return them, ask him for full refund or to send another player. Tell him he has 3 full days then you will initiate dispute with ebay/paypal and subsequently leave negative feedback (if not already done so). Follow through with the paypal dispute if you have to & dont be afraid of leaving neg feedback if you get no early joy - he may well retaliate with negative of his own but don't worry about that - people will be able to see if they look.
