Default Samsung MP3 player YP-T7JX frozen, help me please...

everytime i try to turn it on it says "not enough space for database delete more than 4.0MB" and then the screen lights up and it freezes at samsung logo so i can't get on to delete anything, the computer donīt recognize the player, so what can i do to recover the player??

I tried all the posible solutions that I found in this and in many other forums, no one worked. I think the the correct way is erasing the player without conecting it to the computer, because windows and even MSDOS (with a universal USB driver) donīt recognize the device. I know that other players can be erased by short circuiting the proper wires in the main chip, but I donīt know how to do it in this Telechips TCC771L that my player have inside, I was triying to get the datasheet and DMP file from the Telechips homepage, but they ask me for a username and password and there is no way that I can register in that site!

So, I really appeciate any help to solve my problem,

thanks in advance
