Black Screens
 

Hi guys,

It's been awhile since I've been here, and man has this site grown! Thanks in advance to any expert replies.
Problem:
I have 2 nanoclones with 1.8" screens. Been working fine for a year or two. Now, both screens are black. On one of them, I know what I did. I did a hard shut down while it was playing, now screen won't come back up. I have recovered them both as a drive letter in windoze, and can access files just fine. No prob.
It's getting the screens to work that is the issue. Not even a blue screen. Just black.
I've searched but can't find the answer here. It's very frustrating...Any ideas?

Could be a firmware issue, or hardware problem. Have you tried re-flashing your backup firmware in? Since it is about 1 year old, i'm guessing the version should be supported by the extraction tool and you'll probably have a backup?
