UXCELL I-NICKEL my worst experience on ebay !!HELP!!!!
HI can any kind soul please help me before i k1++ myself , this is by far my worst experience i had on ebay, i just bought an excell i-nickel,i got it no more than few days a go it never worked, the piece of garbage turns on and i navigate trough the menu, and i was able to transfer music from my library, music that plays in my computer with no problems.but when i try to open the file on the player it gives me a file error, i tried different formats like mp3, and wma , nothing it keeps saying file error,the same for the video, i converted the video file to amv file, using the amv converter program i got from uxcell > nothing, the i downloaded an mp3 converter name bonkec audio fron cnet, i transfer my music file to this converter to the player now it plays some of the songs , but the writting is all chinese, no video though because the bonkec converter doesn't do video, but when i open the player on my computer my f:\ drive all the song are in english, but they don't play, the sat part is I tried to upgrade the player i went to the uxcell site and downloaded the upgrade, on my player there are 3 categories:

firmaware_mp025_i-nickel_v2
firmaware_mp025_i-nickel_v3
i tried all 3 of them the 1st and 3rd options killed the player, i tried back the 2 one it brought it back to life, so i belive i'm running the right version
but for what ever reason it only plays the song i converted in chinese, but the language of my player's menu is all english, i'm loosing my mind, these uxcell people do not even response i sent several email to them and they do not response, i even told them i was going to file a complaint
is not the $62 i paid for the player with shipping is the fact that they straight up robbed me by sending me this useless player, the only positive from this was that searching like crazy i found this great website, i hope someone help! me thank you for taking the time to read this book

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have the same problem. My MP4 was a hacked 2Gb conveted to 4Gb. Everything works except playback and voice recording.

ok a friend of mine finally gave me a light, you need to format the player on fat, or fat 32 i got it working, there is thousands of these players selling here in mahattan bdwy. & 28 st.
