glacier like mp4 ak1025 need 9.1.52 firmware UPDATE
 

I have 2 players, 2" screen. Hacked 1GB players, were supposed to be 8GB..one had 9.1.52 fw and 7515_sdk..this one has stuck hourglass, generic chip #0746 29f8g08maa
I got this one flashed to 9.1.51 from the mp4 toolkit. Only got white screen. Need more firmware versions including 9.1.52 versions to test.


The other had a lower fw, but locked up before I could get the digits. this one had stuck hourglass, then went to black screen. This one has samsung 716 K9g8g08u0m
I got the samsung up with utilities 4.15 and the mp4 toolkit guide. Got 9.0.50 #2 loaded, no ext speaker no charge. upgraded to 9050#3, not in english!! Should I try the next higher version?? Or mod the firmware in it since its charging and playing external speaker?? Need working s1res program..

I have 9.1.52 firmware but no tool to extract from player. All help to achieve this appreciated.

yea dude,get the newest version of s1clone, install, open, connect your device, and copy firmware image to pc, then post it for us as 9.1.5.2 then u will also have a fw backup in case ur player has probs later.

download the 13 firmwares
here:

then upgrade your firmware to 9.0.43_1

that will work the external speaker.

Anyway I am using the s1res tool 2.0 not the 3.x one, actually it works for my glacier mp4, maybe you can try it.

s1res tool 2.0 is actually free, but you will for 1 minute to use it
