endless recover firmware

it's my first post and I don't speak english so well...

It's ak1025 chip and 725 samsung chip 4GB REAL!!!
Lcd size is 1,5 inches,
now it's completely dead.
I try to follow the guide on this site,
but all the amv tools that I tried to use to upload a new firmware,
seem to stop at the recover firmware process.
How many time this step can take?

I tried this procedure also http://www.ycibo.com/mp4help/
but the program didn't detect my player
even if windows xp detect it as ADFU device
