my mp5 hangs while turning on

as i switch on ma mp5 player it shows software loading.........but hangs on that screen wat to do.......lz guide me......plzzzzzzz

Did this happen from day one? Or only just recently? Has it ever worked ok? Did you try to update the firmware on your player?

mines just recently, it used to work but now it doesnt. My pc doesnt recognize it as a USB device either, it says it may be broken and mine is an Mp4, not Mp5

and i didnt updated anything, just reformated it because it was hacked.
