After that i went through this forum and downloded many fw and upgraded by following guide's steps of this sites.
Only one i.e., 9.1.50 displayed succsess but player is still givving white light.
According 'tadad1's n other post(s), i need a full firmware but i think i didn't find it. whenever i was upgrading it by

Please help in recovering this player if it can be recovered.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
You get this from the wrong firmware. Just because it loads OK doesn't mean it's the right one. Keep trying the others...mine is not the same mp4 but I guess the upgrading is the same. I loaded about 20 one at a time having to switch usb port on occasions, two firmwares gave a picture and a seemingly functioning player...only one of these played video and music, and had the opening screen the same as the one I remember before it broke. Keep trying...it's brilliant when you get it working again and much more satisfying than buying a new one. Good Luck.
