Default Frozen player

I have a hacked mp4 player that I bought on e-bay. After I realized it was a fake, I follow your guide to determine what was its real capacity. They sold it as an 8Gb Mp4 player, but it was just 1Gb.

Now, my player have stuck in a blue screen with an hourglass, like this:

I ask for your help in how I can fix it. There are many guides in this forum, but I'm not sure which one I have to follow, so please anybody can tell me what are the steps I have to follow to recover my mp4?

Thanks for your help!!

Have a look at the Dead Player Recovery Guide --> here.

Hopefully that can help you and your player.

Good luck with it.
