Tried new firmware but now its stuck on software loading
 

hey i haven't been here for along time i gaved up on mp4s for a bit lol every one i open out of curiosity broke lol and now I bought a new one (it's attached with this post)

i kinda broke this one too by trying a new firmware but now its stuck on software loading so can any one help thanks lol
