Need Firmware for ATJ2085H with ST memory chip

I have look around but all the firmwares are for Samsung or Hynix memory chips.But mine has ST memory chip.Specifications are below.Please help me find firmware

Main Chip::ATJ2085H
Memory Chip::ST nand01gw3ada0an6 (128MB)
Board Version::mp 693c v1.3 2005.12.14
Screen::1.5" Color
