How to flash memory my mp3 player mercury?

I'm had mp3 player which the name is mercury MP3 Player. I want ask to you all, how to flash memory my mp3 player mercury and get the firmware. :(

Code chipset My mp3 player is :

MP-5150 V1
2004.11.5

And code memory is :
Hynix Kor
HY27UF082G2M
iPCB 609A

firstly y..u want to flash ur player???any problem??i'm not very sure with ur mp4 player..different brands have diffrent ways of flashing..

yes,i want flash my player but i had problem that when i want flash my mp3 player,the windows xp says : the mp3 player is write protected.Is that any program, for this problem? Thanx.......
