Default [solved] Processor broken?

Hi, I dowloaded and upgraded the firmware for my player(C203 with ATJ2097N,2Gb,2"TFT) from the producer's site, then from this site (exactly same firmware, Actions 9.0.48), but the player has the same white screen and the PC sees it as an ADFU device. When I tried the Actions 9.1.52, the player appeared as an USB Mass Storage Device. I don't know what to do anymore. COULD IT BE THAT THE PROCESSOR IS DAMAGED?The player looks like this:

Pleeeease help me!!! At least to know if I should keep trying or just give up. Thanks

gogomanu,,

your player is just bricked because u flashed it with incompatible firmware ..there is no way the processor is damaged...by flashing the player...do u still remember the previous working firmware..if u remember u can find it in the 9.x.x firmware download section....-[Here].

Keep in mind that the firmware version must also be compatible with your screen size. The 9.1.52 version you flashed probably has the USB library compatible with your player, thus you can use it as a flash drive now.

There's no way that the physical chips on the player could be damaged by a bad flash.

I was wondering if the processor is broken, because when I shortcut the memory chip, I shorcut the processor too (several times) - I didn't know about the recovery guide from this site, I was just trying to make this piece of **** work. I know that flashing with the wrong firmware can't harm the hardware .
I also think that I have the right firmware, witch I upgraded with different versions of Mp3 Tools (not all versions, but almost all).
Thank you for the advices anyway. (Excuse my english )

I don't think it would die that easily.

Thanks Th3_uN1Qu3,
So I understand there's still hope. I'm just gonna wait for the right firmware to appear.

Hi, I have a new problem (. In the Device Manager, the computer sees it as "S1MP3 ADFU Driver", but the Mp3 Tools doesn't recognize it anymore. It doesn't appear in the taskbar (near the clock). My question is: Do I need another ADFU driver?
