My computer can not read the player

if you please . i need the firmware of that mp3/4 walkman i do not know the model and i am not sure that it is real SONY ,
It stopped working just after i had downloaded some clips that had been converted with a converter that not its ,
my computer can not read the walkman , it is completely died
please tell me what to do?

asfaroat , your firmware probably crashed. Do you still remember the previous working version for the firmware? Also, try opening the player to identify the processor's serial number (eg ATJ2091, Rockchip, etc).

i opened the player , there are many numbers , i do not know what number do you exactly mean so
i wrote every thing , and here you are,
there are words and numbers under the battary:

it is not sony product , i have been cheated , i saw the same player in a chinese web site , it is chinese product

Yes indeed It's not a Sony product.
A friend of mine just brought me one like yours few days ago from China. He brought one for him also, but his one stoped to work after sometime while he attempted to copy a movie on it: It remained completly frozzen while it was still displaying the USB plug on the screen. He reset it, but it didn't improve anything.
Now, when attempting to turn it on, the green light lights straight (while on mine which still works, it takes ~5s before to power on) and the screen remains black. It's not even recognized on the PC as a USB storage. and It's not even detected as connected with the FRM pro, so no way to burn again the firmware...
By the way, if you want to attempt to flash yours, please let me know, I'll send you my FW .

A last funny story: the both player came with virus !!! and each one with a different one !!!
