Hi ilpsdk,

You need to find some more information about your player and will require you to open your player.

Have a look at this post here: S1 MP3 PLAYER firmware download sites- en.s1mp3.net.

It will show you how to find your processor ID and then search for it to find a suitable firmware for your player.

You can also have a look at the various firmware files available on our site as well --> [Downloads] --> [Firmware].
