Default Easy Chips

Hi, I used the EasyChips program to see if it detects my mp4. In the case that should tell the processor type appears only "Actions", the other cases are empty, only the USB Host case says: "{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}\0000"

and the Root Hub case : "USB#ROOT_HUB20#4&2e92105f&0#{f18a0e88-c30c-11d0-8815-00a0c906bed"

Does that mean that the processor is dead?
Thanx
