Default i can't upgrade PLEASE HELP


hi everybody,
i used a FW that s1fw told me but i killed my mp4 (i wanted upgrade with new version, to the same board), i tryed to recovered but i can do it. i can see my mp4 in explorer, the win recognize but i can upload the original FW (i have the original, come with the mp4) if i open the fw with s1res V3.2 i can see the imagens, then there is a FW in my divice but is a wrong FW, then i try to upgrade with mp3 tools and original and full FW, say that i can upgrade but the mp4 continue with withe screen and the same FW because i open again s1res and read the same FW. in conclusion i can't flash the original fw wit mp3 tools. How can i resolve this problem, plz help me to recover my mp4

gemelo71,

the first thing is wat type of extension of the backup(original firmware) of ur player?? is it ends wit.bin or .FW?..if it end with FW..it is a full firmware..another thing is when flashing with Mp3 utilities..u need to wait until the software flash the player correctly..it will take time..and dont do anything while the software flashing ur device..
