Dead AK 1025 ver 9.0.48 player. Lookin for firmware

Hi

Recently i bought a mp4 palyer. it was working fine for a week
... one fine morning the fm stopped.

and all of a sudden the the player started showing the blue screen with hour glass. I formatted the player. Tried upgrading with new firware as suggested in the forum. but was not able to bring back to life.

Can anyone tell me which firmware to be used to make my mp4 back to life.

Now, Windows detects the player , but loses it connection in 10-15 seconds.

I went to the dealer. From there i looked into one of the player he had. the details in that was as below:
