i have tried the steps of making the computer read the died mp4 .. but it does not work out .. do you think that it has a hard ware proplem ..? is there any hope to fix it ?

it could be ur hardware problem,but before coming to any conclusion i suggest u to try those steps few more times as it may take many attempts to
recognise ur player.
