Black Screen, but is still recognized by the computer.
 

I have a dellstar video player. Recently it went black screen, but my computer still recognizes it as an mp3 player. I can even sinc things with windows media player, drag and drop files, and play files when it's connected. The only problem is that the actual player won't work. Just a black screen. I tried the recovery guide and reinstalling the firmware, but it's still black.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

same here, but instead of black its white
my player is
LISONG mp3 player

the computer recognize the player, do everything, can also play from the player (can remember how to start the playback =] ) but cannot see anything from the player

can anyone help me too...
