HELP WITH ONLOOK A LIKE

Hello I ma Having trouble with a type of Onda vx858 look al like i ahve looked into all the upgrade types for the player on both oem and the orginial firmware and they seem to work but when i start it up hit my touch screen where the main menu shows up the screen changes to hold with a phto of a folder and i already know how to get to mp4 upgrade mode form rock usb and i will give you the chipsets as followed. None of the chipsets match the other ones excvept for the rochk chip PLease your help would be really appreciated Please reply.
