[solved] Rock Chip player : i can't open drive
 

hello

i can't open the drive of my rockchip player.
i can't put music or vids on it. it use 2 work but when i deleted the music from my mp3/4 player and tried to put some new music on it i could not open my ''l:'' it says it might be broken or locked....

i can start my player , my pc does regenize it , but i cant open de drive
i also got 2 drives instead of one.... please help

how can i make it work again?

did you try to open BOTH of the new drives? one wont open if you dont have a miniSD in the slot, and the other one should open, as its the flash memory of the Mp4 player. If you can´t open any of them, then i dont know what happens... :s

It's normal to have 2 drives on these Rockchip players, one is for the miniSD card slot, the other is for the players memory.

Try to format one of the drives (right click/format) to FAT32 and then try to copy some files again.

well when i right click on the drive thats" broken" my explorer crashes
