MP4 screen black and the computer doesn't recognize it
 

Hi here! :P

My MP4 was already loading... it never worked!
I have downloaded a new firmware for my MP4 but it was the bad firmware. When I turned it on, the screen was white. Never it worked !

After, I have downloaded MP3 Utilities 4.16 and one time when I turned on my MP4, it works, I was in the home of my MP4 !
Therefore I stopped and I turned it on again, white screen...

I have decided to download the firmware 9.0.50 on your site => http://www.mympxplayer.org/firmware-...050-df657.html
And ... it doesn't work !!! No white screen, nothing! It's black and the computer doesn't recognize it !

I don't know what I have to do...

1 / Success to turn it on ?
2 / Install a new firmware ?

I have a MP4 :
Model : Lisong MP3 Player (bought on eBay)
Chipset : AK1022
Version : 9.0.50 I think? (according to MP3 Utilities 3.57)
Maybe wanna you pictures of it ?

Hi LaiKy,

You will have to follow the Dead Player Recovery Guide from here --> here.

This should bring your player back to a state where the computer can recognise it and you will then need to find a suitable firmware for your player after that.

Hum... thanks but I have already do that when my MP4 was white screen.
Now, he's black screen, I've tried and no answer, it doesn't answer... I think it doesn't turn on.

MP4 from eBay... many problems !
Why chinese don't do their work properly ?

hey laiky..you should repeat the dead recovery guide..recovering a player is like trial and error thing..have patience thats important..

yes your right many problems..cause the price is cheap and you should be expecting that in the first place..

its not the end yet..just try and try..
