The Firmware`s protocol is not same as the previous firmware`s, please exit the tool and select the firmware

Player didnt connected, firmware is ipod PK-JIN BANG8201_91NMLC_TCH_1.8T_C2PK_5键B_V1.0_0313.fw

That error is caused when you have a chinese character in the filename of the firmware. You have one between the 5 and the B. Rename the file removing the Chinese letters and try again.

Now new problem.
MP3 Player Product Tool 5.11 see my player in ADFU mode, but MP3 Player Utilities 4.15 didnt see it... What is it??? Plus Player Product Tool 5.11 don`t write firmware to player now... In system player identify that
