Otherwise you can search on our site based on firmware version.

Unfortunately you have to keep trying to get a compatible firmware on your player will bring it back to life.

hey plastilin..is your player dead and already in ADFU mode?..if it is you should post the infos of your player so that we can find a suitable firmware for your player..

Yes. It is in ADFU mode now. I try to upload to him more than 350 Mb firmwares... not of one making up my player.

what you mean it isnt work?..you have downloaded already the firmwares and flash it in your player and it didnt work is that what you mean..

when you have used the mp3 utilities to flash the firm wares are there any ERROR MESSAGES that popped up?..

Nothing errors - nothing... But I used Mass Product Tool in The mp3 player product tool 5.11

use mp3 utilities version 4.15..it can be found at the download section..

Sorry, but why mp3 utilities version 4.15 i must used? With new version I may have troubles?

That error is caused when you have a chinese character in the filename of the firmware. You have one between the 5 and the B. Rename the file removing the Chinese letters and try again.

hey plastilin..so thats it you have encountered that error but you said there are no errors..you should specify everything..okay just do what ron3003 posted..

Now new problem.
MP3 Player Product Tool 5.11 see my player in ADFU mode, but MP3 Player Utilities 4.15 didnt see it... What is it??? Plus Player Product Tool 5.11 don`t write firmware to player now... In system player identify that
