You will need to post more information about your player, the chipset it uses etc... Unfortunately that involves you opening up your player you can find it.

thank you for replaying and your effor but the file cant be open by mp3 player update tool and is corupted....

its not corrupted..you have to rename the file by deleting the unknown(chinese) character on it..sorry i havent said it before..and use mp3 utilities version 4.15..

it should work..i hope..

thank you for trying to help me but the file didnt work becuse its version is 3.2.16 and my firmware is 3.3.35 and it gives an invalid firmware message
