MP4 player doesn't work, get blue screen with hourglass
 

My player doesn't work anymore. I get blue screen with hourglass.
I have tried to revive it, but my knowledge is to low.
I have a 1.8" screen 8GB flash memory. The number of the board is 200? 02*18VER: A. Underneed B0-25002.
There are 2 chips on board. One under battery AK1025 7K0 48AB OKI
and one left SP 376 AHN 07KS58.

When I connect player to PC get message new hardware found. Looking for drivers. I followed the instructions, but I cann't find AdfuUpdate.inf.
I also don´t know witch firmware I need.

I have made pictures of the front and the inside, but do not know how to send them with this message.

install mp3 utilities version 4.15 that can be found at the download section..insert your player then when itl ask for a driver just click the RECOMMENDED which is INSTALL AUTOMATICALLY..

Thank you for your help. But I can't still manage to get my computer to read the mp3 player. I only have blue screen with hourglass.
My computer has Windows Vista
I have download the file you mension, but nothing happens.
What can I do more.
I also can't find the Adfu device.

follow the DEAD RECOVERY GUIDE carefully and understand it very well..then if you need ADFU driver you can download it at the link below..

I have managed to get the adfu driver installed. The hourglass is still running. I think I have now to install the firmware. Is that correct?
I found I need firmware LG MP3 player Q4-117FV1 CM70048 2007/11/22 ACT-V9.1.52. I did not find that by downloads.
Can you help me again please?

I have found the firmware for B0-25002,not for Q4-117FV1 ..

Do you have two dead players?

No I have bought a new one which gave me that information. It's a simular player.
I have prolems with my computer, so I will go on Sunday.

Also my 2e player has problem to be ecogniced by my computer. It is he same as the first one. I was downloading music to he player and suddenly ther was no connection any more.
I have tried to use the instructio dead player, but I do not get along. The pc does not see the player as new hardware. What can I do?
