White Screen
 

So I tried to upgrade the firmware to improve the touch sensitivity on this http://i23.ebayimg.com/07/i/000/d2/c3/673c_2.JPG mp4 player

is there a way to get it back? I dont see how I can take it apart...there are no screws or words on the player

like when I turn it on t he screen is white...I plug it up to the compter it recognizes it as another drive but the firmware upadterr doesnt find it...

its not an onda its a clone...as of matter of fact it don't have any branding on it...I'll try this though thanks! I really like this mp3 player
