hello I need help to fix my mp3

hello friends have a mp3 256mb coby to which I cannot go up him the firmware because I don't find the appropriate tool to make it.
please somebody that tells me with which tool can go up him the firmware

if my mp3 doesn't respond as memory but if I eat flash it schemes it the you go and I can trnasportar things but music doesn't reproduce
