si wilson mp4 player blue screen and restart

all members plz help me i am a shopkeeper i have one s1 mp4 player with 2gb wilson manufactured when i open music on my player it restarts and its firmware version was 3.5.3.

I flashed it with the same version then blue screen comes only then i flashed customers player with ver 9.0.49 now the prob is that it shows blue screen with restart and does not detected by my laptop.

It have samsung 419 chip inside

If anybody have sol plz give me urgent customer now wants to fight with me plz plz help me
