Looking for PMP2401 FIRMWARE

Have you managed to get another similar MP4 player?
I still haven't been able to find the one with 13.9MB of space to store the 4 system files and the worst that could happen, I just hope that all the 16MB ones would not split and turn into 13.9MB and 2MB partition after the MP4 player is low-level-formatted.
If this happen, then I just hope that there's any way to combine the 13.9MB partition and the 2MB partition. So far I have tried Paragon Partition Manager to combine both partition, but it failed to combine both partitions.
Sending email to anyka requesting for the firmware do not seem to get answered as well.

Rolan, if you're still alive....

I checked similar Anyka PMP2501 MP4 player and I'm surprised of what I have found about its memory partition.

The first partition that is used to store the 4 .bin files will be detected of having a total capacity of 15.9MB if it is checked by using "right click" & "properties" from "My Computer"... BUT the "Disk Management" on "Computer Management" will only detect this first partition 14MB.
In addition to that, I only able to copy AkResData.bin and PMP2401.bin to my hard disk.
I always get error message:
"cannot copy 'filename': cannot read from the source file or disk"
whenever I try to copy DynamicFont2.bin and config_data.bin to my hard disk.

The second partition (2MB) seem to be unreadable because it has a RAW file system and Windows will always ask me to format it whenever I try to access it.

The third partition contains a folder called "SYSTEM" and this partition will be detected of having a total capacity of 1.97MB (MEGAbytes) if it is checked using "right click" & "properties" from "My computer"... BUT the "Disk Management" on "Computer Management" will detect this partition 1.95GB (GIGAbyte).

Good and bad news!

I was able to meet with the vendor that sold me my PMP. They were not helpful and had no clue about anything.

I resorted to opening up PMP to see if I could find any clues on the circuit board. It read, TX2418C V0.6
I did a google search and found a number of results in chinese. Here is one page that may help:

It describes using the nandflash exe utility. The password, when prompted, is "anyka".

I haven't been able to get the nand burner software to work because, unfortunately, I can't read chinese, but I will get a translation shortly.

I think we are very close to resolving this.

I think you're going to need a Chinese Windows to see al the characters in the nandflash utility. I've installed my english Windows with all chinese characters support but those characters are still unreadable.

The better idea is the MOZILLA explorer from that you can translate any chinese page into english and the translation is free

Ok, I have some new information about burning the Nand flash.
Unfortunately, it has put my MP4 player in a worse state than before, but here is some information that may help you.

To burn the NAND flash:

First, start the burnNAND software on the computer, then, with the MP4 player switch in OFF position, hold down the next (right arrow) button on the MP4 player while plugging in the USB cable. The computer will detect it as a M3 device. You can then click the upgrade button (button on top right of the burnNAND application) to start the firmware upload. The blue square will change to yellow color when burning and then green when complete. After I finished burning mine, it would no longer boot to the blue screen, instead I had a black screen that beeped. I believe we need to change some of the parameters customized to the hardware before starting the burn (in the settings menu, password=anyka).
I loaded the software on my father's computer who has all the chinese fonts, and it still did not show up properly (???'s everywhere). I think we are going to need some advice from the manufacturer on this one.
