How long did take for the blue to change into yellow? What happened to me, the blue never changed to yellow at all.

It should happen right away. Was the mp4 player detected by Windows? I went into the configuration page and changed the first value from 1 to 2, which I think made the status bar show % also. There is a hidden button at the bottom of the configuration screen ( probably obscured by the incorrect font type throwing off the formatting of the page). If you move the cursor around the bottom, maybe move the horizontal scroll bar, it will appear. After clicking that, you will be returned back to the main page. It will write the settings to a file called information0.txt in the directory on the PC. You need to then click the upgrade button in the top right hand corner for it to work.

Yes the mp4 player was detected by Windows and the nandflash utility as well. There are two hidden buttons on the left bottom side, and both are "??". I used NJSTAR viewer to display some of the Chinese characters, but this software is not capable of viewing/translating some of the ??? characters too. I did try both of the ?? buttons without any result. But I think more test are still to be done.
