THIS F/W IS NOT OPEN IN MP3 UPGRADING TOOL 3.68.PLZ CHECK THIS
AND TELL ME WHAT I DO.

Hey ASIF320,just rename the file by deleting the unknown characters(chinese character) on it if it has any.Then run again the upgrade tool.
