Default 8Gb Mp4 Player - Please Help

OK Guys, firstly a big congrats on the site, some very useful information here.

My Mp4 player (2.0" LCD) Chip ACU7515 got the dreaded egg timer freeze that I have read so much about.

I have been through loads of solutions - and after many attempts have got the unit working again, kinda!!!

The only firmware I can find that works is one 9.1.52 version for the ACU7515 but its in Chinese - which I could prob put up with but the problem is - the unit is only recognised as 956Mb not 8Gb.

Anyone have any ideas?
