Default need help to forward on step after recovery mode detection

I have read all the post on dead recovery and posts on how to upgrade the firmware of the mp3 players.
I have collected all the necessary materials ... update tools, firmwares , all...
I have reach to the step where my PC detects my player in ADFU recover mode.

I have some softwares that promise to update my players.
Some software recognized that the player in recovery mode and while trying to update the firmware, it says like I/O error or application request
Some softwares even cant detect the player (in recovery mode), one of them is s1fwx_v32

Please help me to boots through this step.

I need to upload firmware to a player that is in recovery-mode.
Clone might also helpfull (copying firmware form one player to another)

i am not good in clone firmware, can't help. firmware upgrade means overwrite the whole OS of the player.some old version will make u lost all data in flash memory. upgrade firmware will not give u new function and if u have incorrect firmware, u may kill the player. dun try if ur player got nothing wrong
