Strange artifacts on MP4 player

Hi,i have problem.I have MP951 (copy of xwave s70,without camera).It's touch screen display.Problem is:when i want to watch pictures or video,on my screen apears some artifacts like on this pictures i take:

Hi there ywana_kupusko,maybe you have uploaded pictures that are large on size and videos which resolution are large also.When uploading pics be sure the pics size equal fits to the screen of your player and not exceeding and when you ulpoad videos be sure it is well converted with the size fits the size of screen of your player.

That was not the problem.I sent it on the service,and i think i will have a new one soon(i hope so).Anyway,thank you for reply! ))
