Good morning to all, excuse my english.

I have a big problem.

My mp4 player is dead I have tried to install a new firware but I must have wrong.

Now it is not recognized by the pc the screen remains for 1 second white and then turn off.

I don't even know the name of the player.

Someone to know me to you to say what me to be able to do?
